This project included 6 identical Allen Bradley PLC control panels for a Hot Oil Control System for an end user overseas in the Middle East. CCP was part of the design process for the panels which included a ControlLogix PLC with redundant I/O, a separate Safety PLC and a Pepperl Fuchs HART Multiplexer. Each enclosure has dual access from the front and back with 2 back-plates mounted back-to-back in the centre of the enclosure. Wiring was passed from one plate to the other in harnesses around the side of the plates. Each control panel went through extensive testing and FAT testing performed in our shop by Petro-Techna prior to shipping.
